I hereby waive and release the CT Wave and AAU from any and all liability for injury, illness, and hardship that occur during tryouts.  I assume responsibility for any and all risks associated with trying out. I know that serious injury may occur from this tryout and I have included my insurance policy number with this tryout application.  All claims will be handled by my primary insurance coverage.

The Connecticut Wave is the fastest growing AAU Club in Connecticut.  We have Three National Level teams that finished in the top 4 of their divisions and our U12 Program top 4 in Division 1 at Hershey Jr Nationals in 2009, 2008, & 2007 & 2006. U11program finish 13th in the National Finals in 2008. U15 Connecticut District Champions 2011 . Three year AAU fall basketball program.  We have certified Plyometrics trainers, professional shooting instructors, high school coaches, local university players and coaches participating in our camps and clinics throughout the year. Prior to October 15th FREE After October 15th $20 fee will be charged.
